What type of properties do you buy?

We purchase single family homes and multi- family homes. Typically, the houses we purchase are neglected, dated, or in need of repair or updating.  Many are inherited homes, estates or pre-foreclosures.

Do you charge for your service?

NO.  Realtors charge 4%-6% for their services. We don’t charge a commission or any fees.

I need the money fast, how long does it take?

We understand that every client’s situation is different, depending on the complexity of the situation with the house we can typically close the deal in just a few weeks. If you require additional time to close we are happy to accommodate your situation.

Would’t I get more if I listed with a realtor?

Not usually. When you factor in 4% - 6% real estate agent commissions and the months of holding costs (taxes, insurance, utilities, maintenance, mandatory repairs, etc) the seller often leaves the realtor's closing with less money than if they would have accepted a cash offer at the beginning.
